The commencement for the Wednesday dispatch of India's Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) conveying the radar imaging earth perception satellite, RISAT-2B started on Tuesday, said an ISRO official. 

As indicated by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) official, the 25-hour commencement for the PSLV dispatch began at 4.30am on Tuesday.

The PSLV-C46 according to ISRO's numbering framework, will lift-off from the main platform at the rocket port in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh at about 5.30am on Wednesday.
